Telehealth physical therapy refers the therapy services that are provided over secure videoconferning technology.
2. How do I know if Telehealth will work for me?

3. How do I schedule a Telehealth visit?

4. Does insurance cover Telehealth?
Most insurances are currently covering Telehealth visits, and more are being approved each day. ETC will verify coverage with your specific insurance company prior to starting Telehealth sessions.
5. What equipment do I need?
Telehealth visits can be conducted via desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Your device will need a camera and a microphone, which are available on most devices. ETC works with a company called BlueStream to provide the service making the process as easy as possible.
6. Will I be able to work with my regular therapist or at my regular time?
We will make every effort possible to keep you with your regular therapist and during your preferred time. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 some changes have been made to staffing locations and availability. You will however recieve top notch healthcare from any of our therapists.
7. Are in person visits still an option?
