ABOUT

Profile_Web_White.png

We help people of all ages and backgrounds

live happy, healthy & active lives.

We are a privately and locally owned set of Outpatient Physical Therapy clinics located throughout the KC Metro, that has been in business for 25 years.

We have grown over the years and are actively looking to continue growing, and we need quality clinicians to help us do just that.

Historically, we have been in an insurance-driven model, however we have taken steps to move into a hybrid-model with more wellness and cash-pay services.

We have focused on quality of care throughout our time, so much so that we have had 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th generations of patients come to see us. We are focused on providing clinicians and patients grow and learn in a healthy and positive atmosphere.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist with a drive for growth and quality patient care to join our team – in addition to our overall anti-discrimination policy for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other underrepresented groups, we also do not discriminate in our hiring process by new grads vs experience, we welcome all clinicians who are the right fit in mindset.

We will onboard new grads with a lower caseload to allow you to grow into the position at your own pace.

We are offering you the opportunity to help us continue to grow and provide an exceptional customer experience for our patients – an experience that we want to go above and beyond what is offered by most healthcare facilities.

The right person has a passion for learning and a passion for providing quality care. They should be comfortable with, or be willing to learn, handling objections around value provided and turning concerns into happy clients.

Warning: Do not apply for this position if you are looking for a job where you can just punch the clock and coast through your job on a day-to-day basis.  Do not apply if you are looking to arbitrarily apply passive modalities on all patients and provide run-of-the-mill generic exercise interventions.

We offer an extensive ConEd budget and encourage clinicians to take courses in areas they are passionate about.

  • Willing and able to spot when a patient may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely to drop off)
